Q. I cannot login and I just registered. What is happening?
A. Check your e-mail address on file. You need to validate your account before you can login.

Q. I forgot my password or it won’t let me login. Is this an error?
A. Click ‘Lost your password?’ on the login screen.

Q. You didn’t warn me of rain coming, why?
A. Unless it is a high impact event, TheWeatherSpace.com does not write about it.

Q. Will you alert me when the Sun will be shining?
A. No, we are a high-impact weather alert system.

Q. Do you give NWS Alerts?
A. We’ve decided that within the alert system we will broadcast NWS Severe Thunderstorm Watches and Tornado Watches on an as needed basis.

Q. Do you still issue your own Tornado Watches?
A. Yes, and you get those, plus winter and tropical products, depending what state sections you signed up for. If a watch was issued in Southwest Alabama and you only check-marked Northwest Alabama in your control panel then you won’t get the e-mail. The system is advanced that way. You can easily change it and the changes are instant in the Member Email Notification Control Panel found in the members only tab on the menu.

Q. We had severe weather but you never alerted me of it, why?
A. It’s a free service and we are under-staffed, but we try. Don’t rely on our alerts fully and always check other sources.

Q. The Website was down and a tornado hit my house, can I sue?
A. We are sorry for your loss, hope everyone is okay, but we make no guarantees on this site nor are held liable for any alerts sent. Our server is a private server though so things should remain up 99.99% of the time.

A. That is under the members only tab on the navigation menu. Or you can Click Here.

Q. Can we donate to you if we like the service since it is indeed free?
A. We do fundraisers every now and then and those show up on the site when they are active. You can check the donation page by Clicking Here!

Q. Do I have to contribute?
A. No, but enjoy the site.

Q. Can I share your articles, photos, videos, alerts, and other stuff on the site?
A. Yes, but not your login. The system will lock accounts that are logged in under a set amount of ip addresses to prevent robots from entering the system. However you can share the posts you come across by clicking the share buttons below each of them or to the left-side on the hover buttons for Facebook, twitter, E-mail, and so on.
